Johnson picks up Memphis offer
3* Defensive End Deandre Johnson picked up an offer from Memphis today to go along with his other offers from NC State, Maryland, West Virginia, Temple, Southern Miss and others.
Johnson, 6-foot-3 234 lbs., is interested in learning more about the Tigers.
Defensive Line Coach Paul Randolph is his main recruiter and Johnson likes him.
"Seen great things of the school. Coach Randolph is very cool & I can't wait to build a relationship with him," Johnson told TigerSportsReport.
Academics is one of the main things he's looking for in a college.
"Good academics, great relationship with the coaches & a school I would feel comfortable for 3-4 years."
Johnson said its still too early in the process to name any favorites but is interested in the Tigers.
