The Memphis Tigers pick up commitment number 13 as Texas running back JP Martin made his decision to commit to Memphis.

The Tigers were in Martin's top 4 with Tulane, Yale, and Texas State. He also had offers from Michigan State, Boise State, Navy, and Houston.

"The coaches show a lot of love and I speak with Coach Silverfield a lot," Martin told TigerSportsReport.
