Memphis Basketball got a big boost when Alabama guard announced on Twitter that he will be transferring to Memphis.
Last month Quinerly announced publicly he was returning to Alabama but shortly after changed his mind and decided to enter the NCAA transfer portal.
Quinerly recently visited Memphis and the New Jersey native saw what he needed to make a commitment to the Tigers.
He joins FSU's Caleb Mills, Louisiana's Jordan Brown, St. Johns David Jones, Temple's
Nick Jourdain, and UCF's Jayhlon Young in transferring to Memphis.
Memphis coach Penny's Hardaway has put together a solid lineup that just might be a pre-season top 25.

SF- David Jones
PF- Nick Jourdain
C- Jordan Brown
Memphis fans just might get to see something this year that they haven't seen in over 10 years, a deep run in the NCAA Tournament.
