Thanks for the memories Alex Lomax
The University of Memphis former Point Guard Alex Lomax leaves the program in good standings. Lomax dedicated his career to making sure The University of Memphis would return to the glory days of a winning basketball program. The 5-foot-11 point guard from East High School had his fair share of highs and lows as the floor general. One thing for certain Lomax never let the criticism rattle him.
Before bleeding blue for Memphis Alex Lomax was a Binghampton legend. The Memphis native has always been a home town hero. Not only has Lomax been a state championship winner on the court. Lomax has also been a motivational mentor for the youth of Binghampton. Growing up in one of the toughest areas in Memphis, TN he learned how to be strong through adversity. Being a warrior is nothing new for him. He has done it on and off the court in life.
