The Memphis Tigers got a boost at Safety yesterday when 3-star Ian Williams announced on social media that he was committing to Memphis.

Williams, 6-foot-0 185 lbs, originally committed to Appalachian State back in early September. He took an official visit to Memphis last weekend and then he made the flip from Appy State to Memphis.
