Tigers add 2 more commitments

The Tigers class of 2018 added 2 more today when 3* Defensive back CD Daniels and 2* Offensive Linemen Chris Clark tweeted out their commitment.

Daniels, 6-foot-1 160 lbs., is from Homewood (AL) and built a bond with Coach Ball and feels that Memphis is the best spot for him.

"Great coach and he is real and I really like that about him," Daniels said when speaking of Coach Ball.

"I just felt a lot of love and I feel like they have a great plan for me."

Daniels will play corner at Memphis and he said he plans to wait till February to sign.

What type of player is Memphis getting?

Daniels said he models his game after former Florida Gator and current Tampa Bay Buc Vernon Hargreaves.

The Tigers could definitely use a cover corner that can lock down receivers.

This off-season he plans to work on his footwork and technique.

He has a message for Tiger Nation- "I can't wait to play in front of them and put on for the city."

Clark, 6-foot-3 270 lbs., is a Offensive Guard from Sardis (MS).

He's been impressive on the summer camp/combine circuit. He chose Memphis over MTSU. Clark will be getting looks from other schools as the summer rolls on and throughout his senior season.

He attended the Memphis Mega Camp last month and impressed the Tiger staff. The Tigers were quick to offer and now less than a month after that offer, Clark has committed.
